Refund Policy
Plain-language information for visitors and customers of Creative Cashflow Center.
Effective date: August 22, 2026
1. General policy
Refund eligibility depends on the selected service, work already performed, digital delivery status, merchandise fulfillment, applicable law, and any written agreement or terms presented at purchase.
2. Credit-related services
Any cancellation right required by applicable law or a signed credit-service agreement remains available. Completed analysis, delivered work, and third-party costs may be non-refundable when permitted by law and disclosed in the agreement.
3. Funding, consulting, tax, and business services
Eligibility depends on the stage of work, appointments already delivered, filings already submitted, third-party fees, and the written scope. Government and third-party fees generally cannot be recovered after they are paid.
4. Digital products, courses, and webinars
Downloaded, delivered, or substantially accessed digital materials are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase. Event cancellation terms are provided with the applicable registration details.
5. Merchandise
Contact the team promptly about a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Eligibility may depend on condition, delivery date, customization, and fulfillment status. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.
6. How to request review
- Email info@creativecashflowcenter.com
- Include the purchaser name, order reference, service or item, purchase date, and reason for the request
- Do not email card data, identity documents, or other sensitive information
- Allow the team reasonable time to compare the request with service and transaction records
7. Approved refunds
An approved refund is returned through the original approved transaction channel. Processing time can include additional time required by the customer’s financial institution. This policy does not introduce or change any payment method.
8. Disputes and updates
Contact CCC first so the team can review billing or fulfillment concerns. This policy may be updated as services change, subject to applicable law and any signed agreement.
